Man, these two counter each other hard, but I think I'm going with the Critic here.

He has Plot Manipulation, Type 6 and Time Manipulation, all of which allow him to undo or survive stuff like Skizo's Possession, Corruption, BFR, etc. Meanwhile, Skitzo himself would be screwed over by NC's own BFR and Posession. Precognition should also help him with going for his own hax first.
