The new Kizumonogatari trailer is savage AF!!!!

Is this the part where Ararararararararagi-kun (oop's, bit my tongue) hesitated on helping Shinobu when she was disarmed, and I suppose, dislegged, and dying? Or rather, is this the build up to that?
 
Kizu is basically the first arc of the entire monogatari series and yup this is the part where Koyomi saves (He hesitated a bit but still ends up saving her.) a mortally injured Shinobu.
