After an long and agonic battle both use Armaggeddon and kill each other.
No, no, no... even better after a longer and more agonic battle both use the Great Seal at the same time. The result is megasculpture of Infinite dimensions (and all the colors of the rainbow) that prevents all the user's from this website to use them again in a versus thread

I mean, there is no reson this couldnt be considered a "serious" fight.
Aside from some minor stat differences, the only major difference between the two is that Makoto uses a sword while Kotone uses a Naginata
