Kengan would give homelander a run for his money in base form.... it's when he starts using Gott-Tober whateverthehell that he'll start to crack homelander all over the place. If he in that form oneshotted Toa who is also Multi-City Block level+, chances are that Homelander would likely get the same treatment if Homelander gets hit.

Because Homelander is just as likely to bullrush Julius as he would use heat vision. Plus, the guy's ego is massive. Seeing the walking mountain of muscle in front of him, it would really tickle his pickle to show how much above him he is by beating him down. Especially given that Homelander will want to reassert himself given that Julius' aura will affect him on some level.
