Elemental Intangibility (It is made out of snow that can melt into water)
Corruption Type 1 (It mentioned it can turn humans into itself)
Fusionism (Victims who are absorbed by it become part of it)
Hacking (It can hjiack with broadcasts)
Stealth Mastery (It can ambush someone behind a door. Can silently stalk people)
Size Manipulation (It grows in colder temperatures)
Wind Manipulation and Smoke Manipulation (It can create fog and wind)
Data Manipulation & Text Manipulation (It can change texts and visuals of the broadcasts It hijacks)
Social Influencing (Deception; It took the form of Steven to fool his sister into thinking it is him. It made the news give false information)
Immorality Type 1 (It describes itself to be forever)
Hive Mind Type 1 (It is described to be colony of bacteria yet the credits refer it as "The Monster" and not monsters, meaning it is a hive mind of bacteria)
Limited Electricity Manipulation (It can cut the power. Has the ability to manipulate magnetic media and frequencies)
Upgrade for Shapeshifting (Can take the form of a snowman. It can also take the form of humans)

The Monster's tier should be changed to 9-A physically because it destroyed a cabin.
The monster would have 6-B Weather Manipulation because of this calculation.

Sure.
If it's only mentioned, maybe a Likely or Possibly is better.
More like Absorption. Fusionism would imply something new.
Sure, though are we sure this isn't some kind of Limited Technology Manipulation as well?
Stretching the definition of Mastery a bit, but sure.
Sure.
Wind Manipulation and Smoke Manipulation (It can create fog and wind)
Sure.
Sure. Maybe specify Limited.
I guess.
Kind of vague. Maybe Possibly instead.
Sure. Also implied by the absorption and corruption and such.

Are we sure it did this in one attack?

As someone who watched this analog horror, it's plausible that when it got stupid f##king cold it grew large enough that it could do that. I'd say a "Atleast 9-C, up to 9-A with size manipulation" or "Atleast 9-C, likely 9-A" might do the trick. That said, I'm not quite sold on fully just straight up giving it a 9-C to 9-A upgrade straight up, hence the "Atleast 9-C, Likely 9-A / up to 9-A with size manip" instead of just 9-A

I'd be fine with a Likely up to 9-A.

Honestly I'd argue over time unless the blizzard it caused literally dropped all the snow at once. Though it creating the storm may yield higher results through weather manipulation.
If it created a storm that should be calced instead, yeah, and it should be higher.

I know, its in the calc eval thread.
Right.

Anyway, I don't find it contextually unbelievable from the narrative's perspective that their 'true power' would be something really high like that, and it is consistent with them creating large-scale meteorological events at all.
