Don't think you're allowed to cap stamina like that. Apparently there was something that pointed to time break not slowing sonic as well and that just being for gameplay, and if that's true it should work fine. However, Goku has him beat out in basically everything if that's wrong, so I'll side with Goku for now unless anyone has the thing pointing to that.
