In theory, yes. Since it should be at least a little stronger than Chat Noir's Cataclysm (and by extension, Chat Blanc's Super Cataclysm which is arguably Universe Level+), BUT Ladybug is never surviving an attack of that magnitude (as shown when Bunyx saw the timeline fall apart and claimed that it could be the end of the world), rendering it somewhat useless for foes on that level.
