I'm going with Namor with this one. With speed being equalized, Quicksilver loses his biggest advantage, meanwhile Namor has flight to give him extra mobility options, and is physically stronger (scaling to a 4.25 ton explosion against Quicksilver's 3.36 ton feat)

In my opinion speed equal should be banned in speedster threads unless its speedster vs speedster.
