The Land of Traces survived its own destruction so Anos does not scale to it??

Because Anos isn't allowed to scale through something else than himself, truly a monad in its own rights.

Me when misinformation
"On my sixth step, there was nothing left in the land of traces as it shook. The only light left before me was crushed by my footstep, enclosing the world in darkness. On my seventh step, I froze before bringing my foot down. The land of traces had vanished"
I assume you are confusing the LoT recording its own traces of destruction in the 5th step with it somehow surviving, which did not happen as it was still destroyed by Anos' 6th step regardless of it recording the traces of its own destruction before.
