Does kizaru really deserve high regeneration he doesn’t regenerate from lone molecules.

Yeah but for another character similar to kizaru from my crt their saying that the character has to regenerate from Lone molecules. That’s a double standard.

Kizaru being light isn't why he has regeneration. It's the fact that we see how he regenerates after his Non-physical body is bypassed.
We see him disperse into light particles so many times and reform from them into his full body.
Hell, his elemental intangibility is entirely bypassed by Apoo's ability but because Haki isn't used and his true body isn't damaged, despite being split in half (which doesn't occur with light naturally, just Apoo hax) his body again reforms from photons. Hell half his body literally breaks apart into them during the process.

There is no 'kizaru problem', you're just comparing two similar things to try and find correlation. Kizaru is showed regenerating by breaking up into photons after his logia intangibility is bypassed.

If it wasn't bypassed, the sound waves would go through light as if it isn't present at all since light itself is pure energy and non-physical. For anything to even 'interact' with Kizaru's logia form (not his true body, just his energy state) they need to have NPI, not just elemental interaction. His state is even less solid than someone like Enel, since light is not composed of matter

But his body didn't have an actual impact against it like with Apoo. He was still intangible, whereas Apoo's sound explosion physically split his light body in half

^^^ adding to that, can't even say "light in one piece isn't the same" because this exists.

What the gloves do are what Apoo's sound wave targetting did on Kizaru. Only difference is Kizaru's a logia and has more layers than just his light intangibility.
