His name is just V... it doesn't stand for anything, the title is just a title. Such a thing is never alluded to in-comic... why is the page named that?
Hmmm. Joker gas would one-shot, as usual, but V is fairly ruthless and wouldn't really stand around. He's also a lot more mobile, and unlikely to just stay in place and get gassed, so I'm going to vote for him.

@Monarch, I'm not sure myself, also, read OP, no weapons, just fists, so no joker gas, no joy buzzer, no BANG!! gun. But still the vote counts, 2 for V and 0 for Joker

@monarch, yeah, if I gave them equipment then it would end up bein a stomp because V is 9-A with his knives and Joker is rated as 9-C without his equipment and unknown with his equipment.

V has this, he is a much better fighter than The Joker and always goes for the kill unlike Batman who contains himself or Joker who fools around.
