Been seeing a lot of stomps recently, could mean the wikia's getting popular. Though these stomps have been increasingly tiresome to see.

Ok Grimm, seeing as you are new, you should read the rules page first.

As for the match, this is a classic stomp. The Hunter is in tier High 8-C in the first key, and High 4-C in the other two keys. Pennywise is 7-C in the first key, and Low 2-C in the second. Anyway you slice it, this is a mismatch as all of the above tiers are magnatudes apart, and either Pennywise tears the Hunter a new one, or the Hunter anhilates.
