The Human SOULs have shown more abilities than what is listed in their profiles. Some examples are:
•Decreasing Flowey's durability by lowering his defense.
•Danmaku. Specifically Bravery and Paitence. Bravery can manifest glove-like magic, Paitence can create knives. These are capable of harming Frisk.
•Magic. While we are told that humans can't use magic, the SOULs seem to contradict this. As said before, the SOULs are able to use some form of magic, from creating words, to summoning guns. All of these attacks are capable of hurting Frisk.
•Were able to resist Flowey's control over them. This could possibly be Resistance to Mind Manipulation, Resistance to Sealing, or something similar.
These were just a few examples.
