People thought the Dovahkiin vs Arceus was a good idea (it's not) so I'm putting an Elder Scrolls character that actually could defeat a 2-B against a Pokemon 2-B. Speed equalized and low 2-C Hist

The Hist proceeds to hit Palkia with complex mathmatics that then shunts the Space Dragon across Hyper Dimensional distances, preventing it from ever coming back with its much smaller range.

Due to Type 4 Acausality, I'm even considering declaring this a stomp. Can Palkia even interact with the Hist?

Only type 5 is unintractable without feats of doing so. That said I don't know Palkia so I don't know what it's win con is.

In that case, its win con is doing literally anything, including breathing, before it can get hit by 16D math (assuming, of course, all the Hist it will be fighting are within its range. Otherwise, it has no win con)

It got its 2-B rating by mere breathing.

I'll go ask Ultima if the High 1-B range the Hist has is actually usable because it says "up to" rather than that just being its regular range.
