It seems like the BFR is a blast and anything that gets caught up in it will be BFR'd so there's a possibility that Bolas might not get caught up in it and I'm pretty sure Bolas mindhax's before he gets the chance to use the BFR

also apparently Nicol Bolas might be getting revised so he might be removed from the list.

Yeah I realized after I wrote that so if he does use it, Bolas, probably wont dodge it but if he doesn't use BFR first he still gets mind fixed so my vote still goes to Bolas
