That wouldn’t help the hand because it can’t see cream when it’s inside it’s void.

That’s not true. It’s only seen when he’s looking around. But his first move is to attack straight at where he last saw the enemy. Meanwhile, i don’t think okuyasu would figure out to start booking it, as the guy just ate himself, which is more confusing then anything he would register as threatening

It still couldn't be seen by other stand users. Its not a stand spiritual visibility issue as much as it is the nature of Creams abilities.

Ice, also going by how he did against Polnareff, Avdol, and Iggy is smart enough to be a serious issue for Okuyasu. Especially in how he made up for his spacial awareness issues when using Cream.

Cream kind of murks.
In a direct hand to hand fight, it's stronger and faster and has more mobility.
In terms of abilities, The Hand's EE is condensed to the palm of its hand and is prone to using large arcing sweeps, something that literally EVERYONE who seen it to do it, picked up on it as a huge red flag, so while it could be lethal to Cream, it'd actually have to hit him, and then hit a place like the head because lol vampire physiology.
And when it comes to Cream, he just turns into a giant **** off ball of death that does basically the same thing The Hand does but with much larger AOE while also not having a huge tell that it's coming. The only downside is the he can't see, but honestly? Cream would likely take Okuyasu out before Okuyasu realizes "Ph **** he became a void of nothingness and is heading toward me", Okuyasu would probably think over what happened for a second and then get voided because Cream tends to go straight for the kill.
In the off chance Okuyasu lasts long enough, it's important to note that Ice utilizes actual planning when it comes to his movements he might not be able to see but he predicts the foe's trajectory and where they'd be and tries to cut them off or move where they will to get them, if his foes prove hard to get, he will even try stealth attacks and wait, such as when he hid in the floor for Pol to step close enough to take off his foot, limiting his movement, and continued to do that till Pol couldn't move and was able to be killed without him moving.
Cream wins, low diff.

You can't, that doesn't even make sense. Restricting the Stand and having the hosts fight is one thing, but restricting the host and having the Stands fight? That doesn't even make sense, it's not possible.

Also EE wouldn't work on Cream's void, because it already doesn't exist, Cream and Ice aren't the void, the void is a byproduct of their ability, as it's said, it's a void of nothingness hence why it's a void in the first place, The Hand trying to EE the void would be basically trying to EE nothing but said nothing also eats your hand and kills you.

It isn't really too much about the speed so much as Ice was dealing with a smarter and far more experienced opponent. Least imo.
