If it's only regular titans as it's the case here, then the Grimm actually stand a good chance.

Should I remove the Goliath? Goliaths are the size of the Colossal Titan.

The Grimm overall has higher attack potency and speed. As I'm almost sure Titans aren't Supersonic/Hypersonic

Goliath isn't the size of a Colossal Titan. However, they are very big. THey would be the current known largest species of Grimm with an arguably close Nevermore.
