So to break this down, Thrall has a decent range advantage in his current scaling is 3.5 times weaker than a casual feat that Thorgrim upscales from, has an innate resistance to any of Thrall's shaman magic and then the Armour of Skaldour and Throne of Power both greatly reduce any damage that would scale to Thorgrim's level to the point where i'm pretty sure Thrall's attacks just would "bounce" off of Thorgrims defences, though I do think Thrall could easily kill the Thronebearers, forcing Thorgrim to get off the Throne of Power, but that'd be a blessing and curse, it'd remove one of his layers of damage reduction, BUT it'd mean Thorgrim would now have full mobility, where he'd just continue to tank everything Thrall throws at him until he kills Thrall. Thrall would basically just be delaying the inevitable.

With the current profiles, Thorgrim takes this with minor difficulty. It wouldn't be a one-shot or stomp, but it wouldn't be a big challenge either.
