The God of High School General Revision Thread

At that point wouldn't Tae-Jin already be in his late 70s or 80s at least? If Taejin's gotten noticeably weaker with age, then I think "less old" is probably a better term than prime.

Prime Taejin would be the one in the side story.

Are we saying that side story tae-jin (one from his mission in North korea to his fight with the six) is the strongest version?

Yes. He should get a key as well to be honest. I'll work a draft for his page and slap it into my sandbox.

Wasn't the one in ragnarok stated to reach a new higher level and fought Odin. Whereas the one from the side story only fought Mori's hair monkey which was stated to be more dangerous than a nuclear bomb and fought the six which where Country level at the time??

That is true, Ragnarok Nibong and Taejin both reached a newer level during the fight with Odin according to Taejin and Odin's words

"Young Taejin" (Korean War) is probably prime in terms of his body (based on him being a "normal" human, but who knows for sure), but that was early on in the development of Re-Taekwondo. It's likely he's more skilled 44 years later, when he fought the Six, and might have been even more skilled when he was ambushed. And of course, Ragnarok Taejin is prime in terms of his strength through martial arts, since the new level he reached was enough to easily take on the top gods, when until then he was seemingly still in the large country group.

Would Mori have resistance to void manipulation? One of the new gen executives has the ability to creates voids which people can come in an go, but only if he allows it. whereas Mori, without the executive allowing him, enters another of his voids without him noticing and leaving the other one he was in.

I have no recollection of this.

It's not a void according to our definition of it, it's just a pocket dimension really

That seems more like a pcket dimension rather than void.

That should be resistance to pocket reality manip.

Should everyone with a borrowed power and the Gods get the ability to see invisible beings for being able to see that giant ass God? It appears to not be visible i scans viewing the Earth and I don't believe a single normal human commented on the thing depsite it dwarfing Earth in sheer size.

Another example to note is Mori Jung being able to see the zombie dude's borrowed power and Mori Jung tells the zombie dude to take it off of him despite it being invisible in the scan he says that.

The Unknown (big, possibly invisible guy) tanked Dae-wi's strong to face and possibly amped by Haetae. Would this mean he has resistance to attacks on a subatomic level?

I was reading over the "National Tournament Arc" again and noticed that the magic dudes grandson is able to summon lightning bolts and fireballs. Also there was a priest that fought Mubong who could fire laser beams (don't if they will be classified as real or not real lasers). Plus there are lots of hax and good feats from Mori against Ilypo and others. Some pretty cool hax too.

Maybe we could use them to upgrade Chapter 2 Keys?

Daewi is already updated. Sorry, this is going so slowly, I'm also working on a huge SCP profile so I don't have much time to adjust the GoH profiles.

Mori Ji has also been updated. Now all that remains is the conclusion of conceptual Greed.

Personally I'm fine with either Type 3 eating Greed or regular Greed with interdimensional range.

Well, there are aspects to taboo beyond just the physical part in DNA, since as I mentioned above: a large portion of it is held within life forc and the contractual barrier of the gods is stated to be the same as the gods. Additionally Greed is flat out stated to be bending the laws of the universe.

Greed also still had to be directly activated by touch in that case, by drawing the taboo out of nearly every living being on Earth's life force, and then touching the lock formed by that taboo. Il-Pyo's life force and taboo wasn't drawn out into that lock, but he was still effected. In fact destroying the lock seems to have had an especially pronounced effect on the keys, who had already supposedly unlocked their taboo. So over all it seems like it should be conceptual rather than physical.

If no one has objections to Blah's assessment, I will adjust R's profile accordingly.

I have no problem with it.I was Rereading GoH and chapter's related to Taboo and I can't say with confidence that Taboo is 100% physical and DNA only. The contract when creating a Taboo is shown to be beyond physical and the Taboo actively prevents beings from breaking the law created by it and along with many other factors it doesn't make sense for Taboo to be solely physical.

I feel

concept hax

is wank

But that might just be because concept hax is one of those high level reality warping powers that I never expected to see a physical fighter have in GoH.

So ok

R has been updated. Go nuts with the matches, guys.

All gods need limited invulnerability because of the taboo before it gets broken by R. Pretty much self explanatory.

Jin Mori needs resistance to fire.

Nine tails fox spirit needs soul manipulation and his profile needs to note that he doesn't need his soul in his body to survive

We don't have a profile for Hojosa yet, but if we do he definitely gets soul manip.

Yep for sure.

Also I've been reading GOH again from sage realm arc to make sure if there was more information about souls.

For one only borrowed power users can see spirits and souls

Monsters can see spirits and souls naturally. That's why the oxen people can see Uma and so can Mori.

There really isn't a difference. Throughout the series, it has been made clear many times that the line between God, Human, and Monster is almost nonexistent. Okhwang states that Gods simply have more power than Humans, and that they were almost alike, Uma explains that Monsters who sided with the Gods became Gods themselves, like Garuda, and Humans have the power to overthrow the Gods and threaten them, like Taejin.

Yeah and it's stated that gods who have been stopped from being called a god by other gods in heaven are looked at as monsters.

This explains why Jin Mori and Uma can bypass the taboos invulnerability because they are still rightfully Gods themselves which means the taboo doesn't work agaisnt them.

Martial Arts generally gives you better AP than just straight up punching, yes.

Yeah, translation eye hax. Too OP, no one can talk shit in another language.

Yeah, martial arts definitely increases their AP. This is shown and stated a few times in the series, especially shown in the Mori vs Dean fight, where Mori correcting his form was in his Dan State was able to become massively stronger and faster than him a just previously in his Jin state. Correct Form Dan >>> Incorrect Form Jin.

I finally remembered. R needs reality warping. His illusions are so potent till the fact where they re write reality even creating a space where damage is to the exact same places but is rewritten.

It's literally the same as KHR illusions
