Isn't a higher place outside of time where you can see all of time at the same time already 5D just like how a place where a infinite 3D space is finite but still has the same temporality of the 3D space ? Nirvana not only has a higher dimension of time but also a higher dimension of space.

No. Mori simply sees spacetime like a 3D human would see 3D space. So his physical existence scales to the cosmology and his power scales over the cosmology (but not a dimension above).
The only higher superiority you could argue is via R>F which was already refused once so I won't be trying that again
