Izuku's Low 7-B makes it so that is he punches he gets automatically incapped

Midoroiya scales to 3.91 Megatons and Koby powerscales to around 5.83 Megatons. Koby has observation and will see Izuku's attack coming which he can either completely block it with Tekkai or dodge with Soru, in either case Koby will be unaffected where as Izuku will get damaged each time.
