A calculation made by scientists from the American government in order to find out the amount of energy a nuclear bomb would need to be release in order to start a runaway domino effect that would ignite the Earth's atmosphere.
Of course they say it is impossible to output that amount of energy, but it would tell us what the energy output that could cause a chain reaction.
I was woundering if this is applicable to the site?
Page 17 gives you the energy needed to kick start the reaction in megaelectronvolts or MeV.
