Doomguy's equipment ain't gonna save him from getting a big ol beating from a near 4 times AP gap. Especially since the starting distance is 5 feet, meaning he can just get rushed into melee combat before being able to take something useful out. This isn't a stomp since it is possible for doomguy to take the victory here, it's just not likely. (as a side note, Doomguy's useful things here are the Invulnerability sphere and the lightning gun. I wouldn't assume he would go for either of these first as there is no knowledge of the other granted to either of these two here)
