Well, in a actual fight, The Doctor would probably just run away and come back with a PIS plan that would beat Bugs, but since this can't happen in a Vs debate, Bugs probably just smashes his head with an anvil and avoids the Regenerationn. This would, however, be the most epic "What's up, doc?" ever.
