Actually, the reason why you need to destroy a large portion of her at once is because it doesn't actually take her that much stamina to regenerate. Also how many times in a row can the minotaur do it? Because in the scan, it seems to just to be an opening move
He reduces the stamina as a opening move and after, attack, summon fire, increase his attack, he reduces the stamina again

Don't forget he can use his Darkness Manipulation to darken the castle and make him harder to hit
Does he have a mobility tool? Because keep in-mind, 50 body parts spread all throughout isn't exactly very easy to dodge even in darkness

You know, because she can seperate her body like Monsoon? Anyways, Lizardy should take this thanks to superior AP, Durability, and mobility. Her ability to split and regenerate her body also makes it very difficult for the minotaur to put her down.
