The Courier vs The Last Kusagari

Looks like a good fun fight to me.
Rules: Each battle set in an abandoned post-apocalypse desert village at dusk, starting distance of fifty meters. Best 2 of 3 wins.

Round 1: Any and all equipment available (limit of ten total consumables used), standard battle settings.

Round 2: Same as before, but with movement and combat speed both equalized.

Round 3: Only melee/unarmed weapons and armors allowed, speed equalized as before.

Who takes this? Stating your reasoning would be appreciated.

Round 1: Since it's standart battle settings than... Probably Courier via V.A.T.S. and beam/Gauss weaponry.

Round 2: Courier has better range weapons and Power Armor with Stealth Boys.

Round 3: Sword-Slinger, since Courier's melee weapons are not that impressive.

Courier has some decently good Melee. Driver Nephils 9 iron Chances Knife Cattle prods which have a knock down effect Poison fire swords Ballistic Fists Power fists Ect He takes them all.
