Hi yes The Courier is a lot better at Arthur than most things and I think V.A.T.S is just a better form of Deadeye which is really what matters here. Courier makes the shot and shoots him dead in the head

Courier simply does what Arthur does better. Better guns, better dura, and better abilities. Even if he got off dead eye before VATS it's very possible courier could just completely tank it. Courier FRA
