I think the Vault Dweller will be a better fighter for the T-800...

The Courier destroys him with very few problems if he has all his gear, he is going to spam mini nukes and shots from laser riles until the T-800 stops walking.

The Courier specifically has anti-robot weapons (pulse weapons). He should also be faster to a degree.

The courier has a massive advantege with VATS and electro magnetic pulse weapons, The courier also has the stealth suit mark 2 which allows him to sneak up on robots and permanently shut them down , and well he has loads of mini nukes, and in the 3rd terminator movie a such explosion killed the T-X (the anti terminator) who is (as said by the T-800) superior in everyway, 1 or 2 mininukes should do

The Courier has far more versatility/equipment (including anti-robotics stuff), is considerably more destructive/durable, and with V.A.T.S can blitz the T-800 without much trouble. I'll side with The Courier on this one.
