Seek starts with summoning the freaking Sun and throwing it at Lich King.

Lich King could counters it with his Ice Balls like he did with Saruon, and able to dodge Seek's attacks by Teleporting away from him or either using his Shadow Magic or maybe possibly creating a Blizzard.

If Arthas ever getting to close range with Seek, he might be able to weaken Seek with Frostmourn and killed him right than and there.

Also I don't think Seek doesn't have any counter to Arthas's spirits since Seek doesn't have non-physical interaction to interact with them, so that's gonna be a problem.

Lich King can barely hit him thanks to Seek's Instinctive Action combined with Acrobatics, and I don't think Lich King could survive being adjacent to 5,600 degrees Celsius.

Still, don't see how Seek could counter against Lich King's spirits since they can attacked him as a distraction or maybe even restrains him (Unlikely but still would give Lich King enough time to weaken him and attacked him with his abilities) and possibly do... the swirling vortex of the spirits thing by surrounding Seek if I'm not mistaken.

So Seek can instantly kill Lich King with the sun if he doesn’t teleport away and Lich can make spirits attack him

Now that I think about it the way Sauron beat Lich was breaking his sword. Would it be possible to just destroy his armor so he can’t fight anymore or is this all speculation?

I don't think so, I guess? I mean, Lich King's sword during the battle was capable of blocking Sauron's mace several times throughout the fight and they even have a clash between their weapons. But when Lich King block a flaming Sauron, a glimpse of the Eye of Sauron appears and then the sword shatters apart after that. So I'm guessing that was the reason why Frostmourn shatters, and I don't think it's possible to break Lich King's armor.

There are a multiple of spirits attacking him and shown to kept on going around Sauron that causes a swirling vortex to form around him until they were stopped by Sauron's ring power. Lich King possibly could do this to Seek to trapped him in a swirling vortex of the spirits (But without the whole firing part...), could able to use his Dark Magic to summon shadow magic attack to consumed Seek seeing how it consumed the entire Eye of Sauron, which was very big compared to Lich King's size.

Seek has Holy Dash which is borderline teleportation to catch up to Lich King.

Yeah, I'm thinking Seek wins this via Instinctive Action which kinda makes him a unhittable target making Lich King impossible to hit him, and Seek uses his Dying Star attack to killed Lich King.
