UPDATE: Currently it is a stomp match (High 2-A Q vs 2-B Chaos Gods)

The Continuum also likely has Mid-Godly regen, though, and, "conceptual immortality"?

The Chaos Gods, also called the Dark Gods or the Ruinous Powers, are powerful entities who inhabit and control the psychic dimension that underlies all physical reality known as the Immaterium or the Warp, created and sustained by the emotions and collective desires of every sentient being of the material universe. Although they are god-like beings, the Dark Gods are by their nature monomaniacal and completely single-minded since they are formed entirely of a single emotion or concept. The Chaos Gods are dependent upon the emotions of mortal creatures, especially the hordes of humanity, for their power and continued existence.

Could they resist the Law/Information Manipulation hax (which goes to fundamental levels and is multiplied from 1 Q's capability by thousands or millions of times) with that?

"Timeless and ever-shifting, this psychic expanse is known as the Realm of Chaos, the Warp, the Immaterium or Warp space. It is a dimension parallel to our own, a universe devoid of consistency and unbound by the laws of time and space, a random, unstructured panorama of pure energy and unfocused consciousness. It is Chaos in its truest sense, unfettered by the limits of physics and undirected by intelligent purpose. Warp space is Chaos, Chaos is Warp space; the two are indivisible." - Codex: Chaos Daemons, pg 6

The Q Continuum is also disconnected from our reality and is a parallel dimension too. (seems like a good matchup)

I'm gonna have to say inconclusive because I have no idea how one could kill the other.
