Beatrix was framed for the murder of John Wick's dog.

John Wick was framed for the murder of Beatrix's husband and friends.

Both have a day of prep time and start on opposite sides of Manhattan, New York City, with only the prior knowledge they can find on eachother during that time.

They can not leave Manhattan.

Ikki is a "very skilled character."

The Bride is an incredibly skilled woman capable of adapting to near to any environment and has hunted down and taken down some of the best assassins in the world, by far.

She's mowed down entire crowds of japanese swordmen who have her surrounded and has bested several members of her previous crew.

They're... quite equal, skill-wise, though The Bride doesn't use guns quite as often. So she probably has better hand to hand, but less skill with guns.

Stealth and prep is a massive factor here; starting on opposite sides of the city means it can be anyone's game, guns or not.

Well, I'll hand two sword combat feats from the first movie (I earnestly recommend watching both);

She was also taught by Pai Mei, and has some techniques to best Wick if she gets close.
