He's not only capable of literally stopping his OWN heart and surviving just fine (in fact even fodder Iwagakure Shinobi can do it), but he's capable of enduring dozens of "Distant Strikes" from Zhu Jin, Tao shockwaves which cause continuous internal damage across the entire body and ignore any form of guard.

Even ignoring skill, or hax, or anything: Gabimaru is legitimately just to resilient for Yu to ever kill him.
