Also, cant Khorne negate Spectre's power like he did with every Kharn's opponents ?

1-As are generally less hax based in favor of "who is more transcendent than the other", its kinda lame. Khorne can power null the other chaos gods, so Spectre'd get nulled if he's around there. The problem is, I have no idea how 1-A unbound spectre is, but given that he fought with Michael, he's probably too much.

Michael is comparable to lucifer, who can one shot 1-As and thus has type 1 conceptual, only warhammer character with that is Ynnead.

Also, Khorne's never nulled another 1-A, otherwise he'd have done that to Emperor and Slaanesh and Tzeentch

He has nulled the other chaos gods, the emperor is stronger than he is. The chaos gods aren't helpless without magic, and they aren't really something you can kill.
