Going to say Zelgius the Black Knight takes this with relative ease. First off, while Mii doesn't really have hax to speak of aside from Attack Reflection, Nihil pretty much nulls some of the best techniques. Also, Eclipse is pretty broken given it's a powerful attack that negates durability. Zelgius can also heal passively with Imbue. I'm also positive that Zelgius is the better swordsman as he's effortlessly curbstomps entire armies of Low 7-B's in cannon; and has a history of being "The Strongest Swordsman in all the Land."
