This is pretty simple. Final's 8-C feat is only 9-A. Vaporizing humans is only 9-A, and the "Entire Area" in question is also only 9-A since it's not really a building sized area. So yeah, pretty simple.

Well me too, I've watched gameplay about 4-5 years ago. Was nostalgic to me and so that's why i'm surprised to see it having pages here.
