It is a wiki command newly discovered, mate.
Pretty much, what it does is cause the user viewing the text to view their own username. So while you see most comments using your name, ThexCommonwealth, where you see that, I see my username of Crimson Azoth.
It is annoying and has created problems already for those that don't get it. See my linked photo below for proof.
