Emiya's AP: 1.9 megatons normally, 5.7 megatons with Caladbolg.
Tartaglia's AP: 2.0 megatons at base with no known multiplier for the Foul Legacy Transformations.

Speed is equalized.

Both have access to all of their abilities. (which includes Unlimited Blade Works and the Foul Legacy Transformation)

Both will fight to the death but are still in character.

The fight takes place in the Golden House.

IIRC Archer's AP is about 1.9 megatons, so that'd put Childe at a pretty notable AP advantage considering the latter scales quite a bit above 2 megatons.

This is more or less going to result in about the same thing as Traveler vs Shirou. Archer's only real wincon would be UBW, but that takes time to cast. Archer can buy time better than Shirou since IIRC he can move while chanting UBW, but Childe has huge AOEs with God Arrow and Celestial Voyager, which can close to one-shot those with durability comparable to himself, and he uses them far more liberally than Archer does UBW. Not to mention the relatively limited space in the Golden House coupled with the fact that Childe can teleport. Archer won't have any breathing room.

Childe mid-diffs save for the off-chance Archer manages to pull out UBW before getting destroyed by Childe's Ultimas.

Archer doesnt really need UBW though, and he can use Caladbolg even in close range just like his fight with Heracles and Medea. And Teleportation isnt a problem, he have experience with Medea too.

I just looked up Caladbolg's AP, and 5.7 megatons isn't enough to break through even Childe's basic elemental shield, which no-sells several attacks from the Traveler before breaking. The Traveler is superior to Childe at his strongest (Foul Legacy Transformation), who himself easily wrecks Ruin Guards at his base strength, with Ruin Guards being comparable to characters on the level of Razor, who scales to a casual 2 megatons.

Even though Caladbolg would negate Childe's shield, it will hardly be enough to one-shot since Childe tanks more hits from the Traveler than his shield does; and from then on he'd know to avoid it and just shield the explosion instead.

Childe uses his teleportation differently from Medea. Medea uses it just to get around faster. Childe uses it like how Cu uses his speed, and we know how badly Archer kept up against a serious Cu. Childe would teleport around Archer and catch him off-guard, and he'd teleport out of the way of attacks he wouldn't be able to dodge normally. And again, Archer isn't nearly as quick to resort to Caladbolg as Childe is to resort to his Ultimas. One Dark Leap and Archer is gone.

Even if the worst happens and Archer gets a few good shots in, Childe would just resort to Devouring Deep; and the speed boost (which is large enough such that the Traveler could only barely react to Childe's boosted speed) coupled with the power boost, would be enough to secure the victory.

Alright I'll take the votes for now and update the post with their exact AP, and although I won't count my opinion in the votes I do feel Tartaglia would win about 65% of the fights mostly do to the verity of abilities he has, especially his teleportation and shielding, basically while those 2 are in use he'd take durability and mobility easily, while Emiya would take AP by quite a bit until we know Tartaglia's limits (Tartaglia should be MUCH stronger then razor in lore, but we don't know by how much)

Caladbolg are duraneg weapon, and it is AoE attack. And He also have stat amp.
Caladbolg twists space as it flies. Its explosion doesn't. Childe can easily dodge the projectile and just shield against the explosion. Even then, it's still far more likely for Childe to nuke with Celestial Voyager or God Arrow before Archer decides to go for Caladbolg.

How effective is his stat amps? Because I doubt they're enough to close the gap.

Yeah it twist space, that's why its dura neg. Medea even have a barrier on the lvl of Heracles and was twisted by it. And most of his fight he start with his range attack and Caladbolg is one of them.

No idea how big the stat amp is, it just that Shirou who is 9-A can content with Servant with his own Reinforcement.

Shirou does not contend with Servants with Reinforcement. He contends with them by downloading the stats from his projected NPs. No amount of Reinforcement can allow a magus to reach Servant level. Every time Shirou has used Reinforcement against a Servant, he's utterly toyed with at best (first Lancer encounter) and immediately slaughtered at worst (anything involving Berserker). Rin has better Reinforcement than Shirou and she could only hurt Caster, the least durable Servant in the War. Kirei has better Reinforcement than Shirou, and at his peak, he explicitly needs Command Spell amps to even approach Servant level.

Archer's only amps come from using NPs that give him higher base stats, or NPs that grant amps passively as part of their effects. His Reinforcement is worth jack outside of Broken Phantasms.
