The Amazing Spider-Man Speed Downgrade

Spider-Man and Electro are MHS+ for dodging and using the latter's electric bolts respectively.

However, back then this was only because of Electro being rated as 8-A, thus proving that his electricity is as fast as lightning.

However, now Spider-Man is rated is 9-B and Electro is "Unknown". According to our Lightning Feats page, electricity has to carry an energy of at least 1.6 billion Joules or a voltage of at least 100 million Volts to qualify for lightning speed.

They should be downgraded unless there are feats proving that they are at least Building level+ or higher.

IIRC Electro did vaporise some water with his electricity which was never calculated, and there is this calculatio, but the method is considered extremely iffy (you can read the comments in the blog).

That being said I would appreciate it if someone helps find useful feats that are higher than 9-B. One I have in mind is Electro vaporizing water, but I'm not sure how to calc that.

Even if that were the case, watching the scenes again, it looks like Spidey is aim dodging.

Well, Xcano (a banned calc group member) once said something about Spider-Man dodged the electricity with "precognition", and that the clip shows he's much slower than electricity. I do not understand why are we not allowed to compare the distance Spider-Man and the electricity moved though.

Well we need more proof that Electro's electricity is lightning/travels at lightning speed, considering the "above 8-C" argument is now gone due to him being downgraded.
