Passive Law Manipulation via Probability Manipulation (The players as just conscious beings bring chaos and uncertainty to the Devourer's system and obey no laws, even exploiting the very laws he's created)

Honestly Chaos manipulation and Law negation makes more sense than law manipulation in the grand scheme of bringing in uncertainty and unreason in the system.
So all the players should just have this.

The Chaos Manipulation part is fine. As for the Law part, it's more of a resistance than a negation.

Yeah, I can agree on law being a resistance. But it took me a hot minute to re-read that that one quote and realize chaos manipulation was implied right in front of my face.

It definitely changes the perspective of fights when random variables actually play a factor in the chaos. Cause the law and probability stuff kinda added nothing.
