Yes, another Terraria thread from me, that's what happens when you try to put a whole franchise from scratch here.
Anyway, since Terraria is a sandbox game, the story is nearly non existent, needing us to relies on what happens in-game for feats. However, there is some lore about the items in-game, hinting at some much greater power than what we have right now. Even though individually, these may be considered hyperbole or outlier, there is quite a lot of them in the new 1.3 update, so they may have more weight than just a lore text of a single item.
For example, the weapon called Solar Eruption has a tooltips stating that it "hits with the fury of the sun". Of course just standalone like that, this feat just sound like some flashy name for a cool weapon, but then we have the Celestial Towers. According to the tooltip of the monolith crafted from their remains, only a fraction of their power is necesary to move the moon, so they could be much more powerful. At that, the achievement for killing them is called "Star-Destroyer", either refering to the Towers or the Player.
But the drops of the Towers themselves countain the highest form of hinted DC. First, the Nebula Fragments, here is the tooltip, word for word, 'The power of a galaxy resides within this fragment'. There is also the Nebula Blaze crafted from it that mentions Orion's Belt but it doesn't seem quantifiable so nevermind it. And finally there is the Solar Fragments. Again, the tooltip word for word is 'The fury of the universe lies within this fragment'. Again, like the Solar Eruption crafted from it, having the fury of something doesn't really means having the power of it, not only that but Universal Terraria sounds a bit ridiculous. It should be noted that the fragments are used to make both armors and weapons, thus having both DC and Durability.
If anyone questions the trustability of these tooltips, most of them inform the player about an item usage or just make witty comments. Those aren't thing that could be known from the player or any kind of legends beforehand, so in my opinions they should be trusted. If these are accepted, it should aplies to the Player and the Celestials Towers, and scales to the Moon Lord and Skeletron Prime in rage mode.
Also do you guys think that the feats of the Player stomping moon level being should be trutable enough to remove the Mountain part from Mountain to Moon level stuff from his profiles?
So, what do you guys think about all of this?
