It's time to revive this verse.
The biggest problem with the Terminator profiles is that it mixes all the films (and even comics) of the franchise, which are not all canon to each other. The Cameron timeline for example is the three James Cameron movies (Cameron did not direct Dark Fate but produced and co-wrote it, and this movie is considered as a direct sequel to Judgment Day): The Terminator (1984), Terminator 2: Judgment Day Theatrical Cut (1991), Terminator: Dark Fate (2019). Dark Fate ignores all previous films (and The Sarah Connor Chronicles show) released after T2.
Note: There are three versions of Terminator 2, the Theatrical Cut, the Special Edition and the Extended Cut. The Extended Cut and Special Edition have several more scenes, and The Extended Cut has the alternate ending where Sarah and John Connor have a peaceful life and where John becomes a senator and has kids (which easily proves that this version is not canon). The Special Edition doesn't have this ending but like the Extended Cut it also has this scene where Sarah and John reset the T-800's CPU so that it learns to become more human. This scene does not exist in the Theatrical Cut, the T-800 just explains that he learns to be more human by being around them. In Dark Fate the T-800 did not reset his CPU, he just learned to be more human by being around them for decades. This proves that the Theatrical Cut of T2 is the canon one.
What I propose is that the current profile of the T-800 (and other major characters from T1-T2) becomes exclusively that of Cameron canon version (the profiles for the other versions/timelines can be created separately. It will be a case similar to Michael Myers who has pages separated by timeline.) and that all feats/weaknesses that do not come from James Cameron's canon be removed.
Now for the Cameron timeline feats of the T-800:
The T-800's biggest feats haven't been calculated, the ones where it survives massive explosions (which also scale to its attack potency as it fought the T-1000 and Rev-9 which can harm its durability):
A calculation for speed is also necessary, here is a notable feat where the Rev-9 dodges a shotgun shot at close range:

This feat is consistent with the feats and statements of the novelizations of T1 and T2:

I haven't found any notable feats for the LS, the best I've found is the T-800 which effortlessly lifts and throws people with one hand. So at least Peak Human.
T-800, T-1000, Rev-9 and Grace scale to each other, so they have the same stats.
Also, Cyborgization must be removed from the T-800 page, the latter does not correspond to the definition of a cyborg, he is entirely a robot and the skin that has it is just used to infiltrate among humans, it's not a part of him.
