Teridax vs Kars

Kars has a big AP / Durability advantage (Teridax is 400-500 megatons and Kars is a pretty casual 800). He also has Hamon and Light Mode, both of which Teridax will be weak to, and given the AP difference, these will both probably be instant kills. His skill, intelligence, and experience are likely all comparable to Teridax's as well.
That being said, Teridax has every other advantage. He has better hax and is far more versatile, and has the mobility to stay out of Kars' reach and dodge his attacks, which he will do, given that he will know all of his capabilities through mind reading. Those hax will bring him the win, whether he's trapping Kars in an illusion, breaking his mind, or disintegrating him.
