OK, so the AP difference is unknown at the moment but Temari has the advantage in Stamina, LS and arguably Mobility since she can fly. She also has a summon to use.

She also has the Range advantage with hundreds of meters compared to Tenzins dozens of meters.

AP wise temari scales to shoji who crushed a boulder but that doesnt seem to have a calc so im just gonna assume its baseline or 2 tons, tenzin fought zaheer who down scales from fighting a weakened 7-B, so hes above baseline by an unkown amount but he should still hold an atleast slight AP advantage. as for range: temari's range comes from air blasts, tenzin's an air bender so you can imagine how that would go. mobility wise tenzin's a master parkourist and as an air bender his entire fighting style is based around mobility and stamina (air benders traditionally fight by dodging their opponents attacks until the opponent is to tired to fight.), temari's flight is through the use of her fan (like a glider.) which relies on wind and air which tenzin (an airbender.) could mess with plus gliders and flying are normaly a pretty big part of the whole airbender experience so it wouldnt be anything new to tenzin. and LF cant really be compared as tenzin's is unkown. oh and OP you might want to specify versions otherwise temari is 7-C against tenzin a high 8-C and she would AP stomp.
