Yeah, Kenshin takes him out low to mid-diff via higher reflexes (supersonic+ to subsonic+) and absolutely massive skill gap.

Speed equal would put it down closer between them, but Kenshin still wins due to range advantage via sword length vs leg length and massive skill gap.

Still, it's enough to get Kenshin mid-high diff since Iida has steel calfs or something.
