Vector Manipulation​

Minitz Unique skill :

It allows the user to exert a powerful force on any matter in their line of vision, applying directionality to the push/pull force of the star to crush or rip apart their opponents.[1] The only way to oppose this ability is to send out a directional force on par with the force exerted by the user.​

Directly Explained from Vector Manipulation page :

A vector contains information about the magnitude and direction of things. As such the most usual applications of the power deal with the manipulation of the direction and velocity of the movement of various different things. Those could be physical objects or also energy like light, gravity, electricity or the spreading of heat. Not just the velocity, but also the amount of power those things have could be controlled using this ability. Many more applications are imaginable.​

Resistance negation​

Dino's unique skill;

Sloth's primary ability. It allows the user to enforce the concept of sleep onto anyone or anything, forcing them into an inactive state. This ability works even on inanimate objects and spiritual lifeforms who have no biological need to sleep and cannot be resisted by willpower alone.​

Dino ability obviously looks layered in my opinion

Layering is the ability to break through resistanc to one's ability/hax. Successfully using an ability against a resistant character means that the ability is "layered." Further, resisting a layered ability is an indication of layered resistance, so on and so forth. An ability becoming stronger does not automatically mean it is layered unless it is shown to overcome a resistance. Crucially this is not the same as resistance negation, against which layering is irrelevant.

Moreover, layering should not be thought of as applying to abilities which intuitively can be overcome with magnitude, such as heat resistance or analytical prediction. For instance, it is not layered fire manipulation to burn someone with a heat source hotter than they can withstand.​

Unique skill users Resist sleep manipulation and sloth negates it Beings with supernatural will power MIGHT overcome this but then again Ultimate skill belphegor also affects people WHICH ultimate skip users still resist
So its like 3 layers of resistance to sleep manip

As for Demons, maybe they can get 3× resistance, because if I'm not mistaken Demons are resistant to abnormalities. (And yeah that includes sleep manipulation)
