I can give one example. Gabriel (To Aru) and his Sweep.

Gabriel moved all stars in the sky, arranging them to create magic circles... to execute a magic spell that's only planet-busting in firepower. XD

so, any character that has technique that can top Gabriel's utterly inneficient magic spell?
