So, brief description of how the battle is taking place and all tha (if you don't want to read it, skip to "batlle itself"):
Konoha discovers a new continent, and by peer pressure of some members of the council, Sarutobi is forced to send even some unexperienced members of the ninja corps to gain an advantage before the other nations get wind of the "new world".
One of the teams sent is team Asuma, and their mission is to kidnap someone to gain information about their powers. While they are infiltrating Haven academy, grimm overrun the place, and Asuma and the other teams become occupied with some teachers. The rest of team Asuma has to complete the mission
Battle itself:
Team Asuma (Shikamaru Nara, Ino Yamanaka and Choji Akimichi), before the chunin exams by 1 month (so no, shikamaru can't snap necks yet) fights Team RWBY (Ruby Rose, Yang Xiao Long, Blake Belladonna and Weiss Schnee).
Team Asuma know that Ruby Rose has an unknown ocular Kekkai Genkai and Weiss Schnee has a Kekkai Genkai capable of summoning enemies slain by her.
They also have basic knowledge on dust and aura (forcefield around the body, Material with elemental propeties)
They have to capture Weiss and Ruby alive (even if permanently crippled), the other two are up to them.
Speed unequal (Team Asuma scales to mach 10, so speed isn't massivly different)
