It doesn't change the fact that she all around did no actual damage to him. Also if we're going to say that him resisting her was due to a special ability, then it can also be argued her hurting him in the first place was from hax that ignore conventual durablity rather AP which seems to be the case given the later explanation of the attack.

From this and the "Tornado herself is a Rank 2 afterall" you seem to put far too much faith in the Hero Association System. The same system that put King at S Class Rank 7, Saitama A Class Rank 37, and The Dark Matter Thieves at Dragon+ despite having had had no way to be able to scale their powers. Also "being stronger than Genos" definitely isnt an impressive thing in OPM and certainly not one that calls for the massive upgrade you are suggesting.

Well it is best not to assume things like that. Also 10x increase isn't remotely enough to increas GS from Small Island to Continent

Plus you still haven't acknowledged the fact that

A. This wasn't the Garou that scales to Boros

B. SD put up a far better fight then either of these two did

What is accepted over at OBD isn't necessarily accepted here.

Geryuganshoop did not have telekinesis in the sense you are using it, he threw rocks and increased gravity. Tatsumaki "twists a person's ki" or something of that sort.

The multi-celled sperm (>1 trillion I believe) got killed by weakened Tatsumaki and we don't use power modifiers for fusions like that anyways.

Well it is best not to assume things like that. Also 10x increase isn't remotely enough to increas GS from Small Island to Continent nor MHS+ to Sub Rel

Actually:

1) King is rank 7, but considered one of the strongest fighters along LS Slash, Tatsu, Superalloy Darkshine, etc.

2) Only Boros was Dragon+

3) Any MHS+ value times 10 is a sub-rel value by definition.

Mm, actually Boros' level was only stated in a ONE interview

The citation for his rating in the OPM Wiki shows thisguidebook. Regardless this isn't much related to the actual topic at hand though.
