Tatsumaki's weakness-how much this can affect on her?

In the webcomic we know that those with strong wiilpower can resist to her power,is that mean that in OnePieceveres\Narutoverse and in short characters that has strong wiil her powers are useless and ineffective?

That only relates to her Aura manipulation stuff, I think.

But for that it is essentially useless against strong willed characters.

It's debatable on how it will affect her in battles, but it's not as detrimental to her in combat as one would think, considering she can just affect everything else except her opponent.
This much willpower though (refer to the image) will screw her over over, under and sideways.

but Tatsumaki can solo Bang\Matel Bat\Genos\Flashy flash\others and they have strong wiillpower.. so what they actually weakmind? Tatsumaki also was able to kill Black Sperm but when he turn to GS she suddenly can't,why? this is the same character he is only become stronger his will is the same.i guess Meruem also can resist her power..? the concept of willpower in OPM doesnt really make sense

Wasn't Fubuki the one who said that? How would she know about Saitama's willpower if she's unaware of his training AFAIK?

Either way, it has been shown that she can't 'bend' completely anyone more powerful than her like GS, Garou and Saitama (although ONE said she could beat GS if she was at full power) so it's probably related to the character having higher durability compared to her DC/AP

^That what i thought but i am not sure if that true because Fubuki specifically said only strength of will,not physical strengtn or somthing else.. that confusing,almost every charcter has strong will in animes so everyone immune to this?
