Idk how to tier this exactly, but she was able to push back a resisting Saitama

Pushing someone back without doing any actual harm to them isn't really quantifiable tier wise.

Also while Saitama may have been bracing himself I doubt he was actually really trying that much. As he's able to no-sell Tatsumaki's other attacks without much difficulty before/later on. And is completely untethered by attacks from people far stronger than Tornado if he wants to (Boros and Garou)

Bur Saitama hasnt taken any damage from anyone. So that isnt really debunking that this is a potentially higher feat. Also he was legit trying to brace himself. He's never done that for anyone else.

If Tatsumaki actually did some damage towards Saitama yeah that'd be a quantifiable feat AP wise. But she only pushed him back without doing any sort of actual damage, which isn't quantifiable.

And like I said Saitama may not have intended Tatsumaki to push him back yet she did anyways. But I highly doubt he was putting full force into resisting the attack. Since he no-selled other attacks from her and hasn't moved at all from people obviously far stronger than her.

Either way pushing someone back without doing any damage to them, while they were obviously holding back just so that person could push them in the first place, isn't a quantifiable AP feat.

She might have reacted to his attacks. Doesn't matter since Homeless Emperor is at best MHS+ via powerscaling, which Tornado is through both feats and powerscaling.

Because she has no feats that are Sub-Rel nor does she scale to any of the Sub-Rel characters in OPM.
